简介:
2019年于山东大学取得理学博士学位,现为齐鲁工业大学材料科学与工程学院讲师,主要从事宽禁带氮化物单晶研究。主要研究方向为GaN单晶的生长,具体包括GaN柔性衬底的制备、GaN单晶位错控制研究、GaN单晶应力释放机制研究及GaN单晶异质生长自剥离研究。
