吴拥中,男,1973年9月出生,河北省石家庄人,工学博士,教授, 博士生导师。

目前主要从事氮化物晶体材料生长探索以及硼碳氮体系复合材料在能源领域的应用研究工作,主持并参加了多项国家自然科学基金、“973”、省自然基金等课题,在Adv. Energy Mater.,Adv. Funct. Mater.等学术期刊发表科研论文170余篇,获授权发明专利30余项。
