  研究员,博士生导师。目前主要从事电光晶体材料与器件领域的研究工作,先后主持国家自然科学基金等项目10余项;累计发表SCI检索论文100余篇,其中以通讯作者或第一作者在国际高水平期刊发表论文30余篇;获授权中国发明专利21项,并先后获得山东省自然科学奖和技术发明奖科技奖励8项。

二、研究方向

1.钽铌酸钾系列电光晶体生长及其电光性能与器件应用研究,重点研究电光调制、电光偏转及相关机理与性能优化;

2.大尺寸KDP/DKDP 晶体生长及应用研究,涉及非线性光学频率转换和电光器件等方向。
