围绕工业领域对材料轻量化、高强韧、功能化等性能需求,结合高通量计算,探索材料成分-工艺-组织-性能关系规律和机理,开展轻质高强金属材料、气凝胶材料、特种玻璃等新型轻质结构材料、功能材料设计和制备技术研究,为传统产业升级改造及高端装备制造等战略性产业提供关键材料支撑与技术保障。
